Large appliances are only shipped to the area located green on the map below.

 

Our aim is to deliver all goods ordered within 1 to10 working days. We can only deliver to the British Mainland (Large appliances including tv's are only delivered to PR and FY post code areas). If the product that you have selected is not available at the time of placing your order, and it is necessary for us to order directly from the Manufacturer, you will be contacted within 48 hrs. We will keep you updated with the progress of your order if the item is on back order. Prices quoted are subject to stock availability. It is your responsibility to check your goods upon delivery for shortages or damage and to make a note of such on the carriers consignment note when you sign for the goods.

We will provide a specific delivery day wherever possible but we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses you might incur as a result of a delay in receiving your goods on the allocated day.

Where a pre arranged agreed day has been given for a delivery and that delivery fails due to there being no one at the address to sign for the goods then the customer maybe liable to pay additional delivery charges for follow up/subsequent deliveries.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times agreed. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay If installation is selected on a domestic appliance this is for connection to adjacent and available services and will not include hard wiring.

If you have requested that the old product is to be removed for recycling, this must be disconnected in advance of the delivery of the new appliance.

Additional security checks may be carried out before your delivery date to ensure our customers are protected from potential fraudulent activity. You may therefore be contacted before your delivery date so that these checks can be carried out.

Complaints regarding goods or services relating in store purchases should be made to the below address. All complaints will be responded to within 7 working days.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us by any of the means listed. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days following the day after the date of delivery and return the goods supplied to us for a refund . We may have the right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement if the goods have been diminished in value during this period, this will be agreed by both parties before any monies are refunded. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by letter to:

If this is not possible we can collect the appliance for a fixed cost of £28.00 including vat. 
This will be at your own expense within 7 days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned with all accessories including any free gifts you will receive a full refund,less any collection charges, within 14 days of giving us your notice to cancel. We are unable to accept back goods for a credit if they are unwanted gifts or non-faulty items 15 days after the purchase date. 
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our right to cancel

We are only human inputting the items onto the website, we may on occasion make an error with a listing or price information. Due to this fact we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that falls into this category.

Products

Product images, descriptions and specifications are shown for guidance only; for example cabinet/case colours may vary, TV stands shown may differ from those supplied, remote control designs may vary during manufacturers' production run etc. Some products may require set-up and/or assembly; for example TV's, dvd and Hi-Fi tuners may need manually tuning. TV stands/cabinet stands may need assembly.

Payment

Payment will be taken at the time the order is placed. A contract between us is not formed until we have processed the transaction and started the dispatch process.
